Life In The Concrete Jungle: album review

DEM CHOPPER CITY BOYZ is at it again....after much success on their independent album released in 2007, We got this, B.G. of former Hot Boyz, Snipe and Gar are set to release their second album entitled: Life in the Concrete junlge. Set to drop September 16th under Asylum Records and Choppper City Records. Not too many people are aware though that B.G. is still on the map on the east coast, and wasnt aware he had a project in the works until his pub contacted me in regards to a listening party in nyc....cool so i went. B.G was drunk most the time but still managed to go throught his entire 17 track album along with the help of his his Chopper City family. The album was not too impressing with a exception of a few tracks that caught the attention of most of the audience. Lyrically there was nothing boasterous that made the crowd raise their antennas but the energy from the singles and a couple other tracks were still there. as far as production there were no heavy-hitters worth mentioning and to me i think that is where they lacked. All in all the B.G had a layed back demeanor as if he was just their to do what he had to do and the album was just a side venture. here are a couple singles from the ablum and some pics to fiest your eyes on...tell me what you think.
